as if there aren’t enough design issues to contend with, our lovely sister city across the pond has opted to address the lack of focus by its text-crazy citizens; by padding lamp posts. there’s nothing like visual proof of one’s tax dollars at work… not.

maybe the city governement should let people knock themselves out running into lampposts. use the money they plan on spending for lamppost padding to feed the needy, or give to me
